Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

All sponsorship packages are quoted GST exclusive.

Sponsorship packages will be available for sale on the National Show website.

Sponsorship packages will be accepted as they are received through the AANZ office.   
Sponsorship packages that include advertisements in the National Show catalogue are for camera ready copy. Any costs incurred by the AANZ in preparing or assisting in the preparation of the advertisement, will be billed at cost.
All banners featured in the sponsorship packages are to be supplied by the sponsor. The AANZ will not be supplying or paying for any banners for the National Show.

All trade sites offered as part of any sponsorship package include rear and side panels. Spot lights, flooring, shrubbery, signage, power points and power point displays are not included in the sponsorship packages and are payable in addition to the sponsorship package.

The National Alpaca Show 2017 working group and its assistants will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions from the show catalogue or sponsorship packages.
In the event of any dispute or conflict, the decision of the National Alpaca Show 2017 working group shall be final and no negotiations or discussions shall be entered into.

Payment can be by either monthly payment with final payment due by September 20th 2017 or by single invoice with payment due by September 20th.
Upon acceptance of sponsorship by the National Alpaca Show 2017 working group, the sponsor will agree to the terms and conditions of sponsorship and to the terms of payment.

The National Alpaca Show 2017 working group reserve the right to charge cancellation fees to any sponsor who cancels their sponsorship within four months of the running of the 2017 National Show.

A sponsors prominent penning is not transferable.

A sponsors promotional site is for the exclusive use of the sponsor.
