Alpaca entered in the show will need to stay on site from Friday 5th October until Sunday 7th October.

Arrival Times

Alpacas can be penned from 12 noon on Thursday

Leaving Times

No alpaca shall be removed from the show prior to end of show on Sunday 7th October without the permission of the Chief Steward and only in the case of an emergency or health and welfare issue.  Leaving early without permission will result in those exhibitors being disqualified.

Alpaca Pens

Map of allocation of pens will be available on arrival.  Pens will be labelled with exhibitors name.

Bedding will be straw.  Shredded Paper and Cardboard Chip is available to purchase.  Contact Toni for more information.

Outside Pens

Outside penning will be available.  There will be a female and junior pen and a pen for males.  Exhibitors are welcome to bring their own pens.

Alpaca Feed 

A selection of alpaca feed is available as listed below.  This must be ordered by 20th September and will be delivered to your penning area on Thursday 4th October 2018

  • Bookings 90% refundable if cancelled after payment prior to final check in time.  No refund if cancelled after final check in.
  • Must have accompanying Alpaca stock or registration for the Alpaca Show for check in or retails fares will be charged.

AANZ National Alpaca Show

The 2018 AANZ National Show is going to be a fantastic event.  The show will take place from Friday 5th October to Sunday 7th October.
